Does my child need a gym membership to take part in the The Complete Player 365 Junior Program?

No. This is a bodyweight program designed to be done at home or on a field.
You'll also need Wi-Fi to access the PlayerScout Fitness Training App.

What support is offered with this program?

Throughout the program, you'll have a dedicated performance coach who will offer daily communication to keep you motivated and accountable. 
While it's not a two-way messaging system, your coach will provide one-way motivational support and accountability. 
Your performance coach is qualified in REPS 1, 2, and 3 personal training and is a strength and conditioning specialist.

What equipment does my child need to follow this program?

This is a youth player bodyweight program. Therefore your child can do this at home or on the field.
Your child will need suitable clothes for exercising and trainers (not football boots).
You'll need access to a mobile smartphone to train with us since all fitness plans are delivered through the PlayerScout Fitness Training App.

Each workout takes approximately 45 minutes, allowing safe and intense training for the best results. This efficiency provides your child with more free time to concentrate on other aspects of their football development.

When do I receive the bonuses?

You will receive all bonuses on Day 8 of the program. This timing ensures that we can enrol your child correctly in the fitness plan and have the training in full swing while maintaining focus without overwhelming you. Safety first!

What is the age group for The Complete Player 365 Junior Program?

This program is for junior players aged 8-16yrs and consists of only bodyweight exercises to enhance essential strength areas for player development, as well as field-based sessions to improve speed, stamina, agility, and explosiveness—key areas for on-field performance.

My child enjoys participating in other activities like swimming, running, bike riding. Can they still do these whilst in the program?

Absolutely. Your child can continue their leisure activities on recovery days. However, on workout days, we recommend following the plan outlined in the program to avoid overtraining, which increases the risk of injury or burnout. 

Remember that the goal of The Complete Player 365 Junior Program is to enhance your childs on-field explosiveness, stamina, and speed while reducing body fat and injury risks.

However once these skills are acquired , they will benefit your child in all sports and activities.

Does my child need a training partner to take part in The Complete Player 365 Junior Program?

No. The step by step training is for players to do from home or on the field alone.

All you need is a smartphone to gain private access to the PlayerScout Fitness Training App, allowing you to follow the workouts each day. However, you can choose to join with other team members to train together and hold each other accountable.

Will my child still have access after this program ends?

Once the program concludes, players will no longer have access to the PlayerScout Fitness Training App. This is where we hold the training in a safe and secure environment. However, you'll be offered the opportunity to join the Next Level 365 program. 

The PDF's, workbooks, meal plans, audio tracks and bonuses you receive are yours to keep forever and you have lifetime access to these.

Do you offer a refund policy?

This is a digital product  (ebooks and online program), and is therefore not eligible for return, so are non refundable. However you have 24/7 access to a performance coach who will help you get started, answer any questions or give you help with the program. 

We also only want to work with committed players, if you are already thinking about a refund before starting the program, you are more likely to quit or back out when the training increases. By offering a refund option, uncommitted players will always choose the easy option.
