Do I need a gym membership to take part in the The Football Fitness Accelerator?
No, we have designed this program so all of the sessions can be done at home or local park. You will follow along all workouts in the exclusive PlayerScout Fitness App all you need is WIFI access.
Can I really improve my fitness with just my bodyweight?
100%!! Our bodies can’t tell the difference between bodyweight and iron, all they know is tension. To improve your physical fitness, you must use a process called overload, this stimulates your muscles to want to adapt.
When you are training with only bodyweight, there are some key techniques you can include to ensure you apply the overload principle. The 30 Day Football Fitness Accelerator is geared towards improving the baseline strength and conditioning you need for football performance over the 4 week program.
What support is offered with this program?
Throughout the program, you'll have a dedicated performance coach who will offer daily communication to keep you motivated and accountable.
While it's not a two-way messaging system, your coach will provide motivational support and accountability.
Your performance coach is qualified in REPS 1, 2, and 3 personal training and is a strength and conditioning specialist.
Can I add weight training to Football Fitness Accelerator?
What equipment do I need to follow this program?
You'll need access to a gym and a mobile phone to train with us since all fitness plans are delivered through the PlayerScout Fitness app. The program includes exercises that utilise gym weights and machines. In periods when you don't have gym access, you can substitute with bodyweight exercises from home, though strength and conditioning progress may be limited. This time can be used to maintain your physical condition.
How will I receive The Football Fitness Accelerator?
Upon enrolling, you will gain instant access to the app. However, the training officially commences on the Monday after your enrollment. This allows you to set up your account, update your stats and measurements, and prepare for training. You'll have get access to all bonus PDFs, audio tracks, and videos on day 8th after your enrolment. (Your 365 days access to the app starts on Monday of the first training session)
How Soon Will I Start To See Results?
Almost immediately. Not only will you see improvements in your energy levels and flexibility by the second workout, you will also start to see noticeable changes in your body by the start of the second week of the Accelerator.

How old do I need to be to join the The Football Fitness Accelerator Program?
Our training programs are tailored for players aged 14 and above.
We even have retired international players currently training in the PlayerScout Fitness App.
I enjoy doing other activities like running/bike riding. Can I still do these whilst in the program?
Absolutely. You can continue your leisure activities on recovery days.
However, on workout days, we recommend following the plan outlined in the program to avoid overtraining, which increases the risk of injury or burnout.
Light recovery exercise sessions can help reduce fat and improve body composition.
Remember that the goal of The Football Fitness Accelerator is to enhance your on-field explosiveness, stamina, and speed while reducing body fat and injury risks.
Do I need a partner to take part in The Football Fitness Accelerator Program?
No, all you need is a smartphone to gain private access to the PlayerScout Training Academy App, allowing you to follow the workouts each day. However, you can choose to join with other players in the community each day to train together and hold each other accountable.
Will I still have access after this program ends?
Once the program concludes, you will no longer have access to the app or The Football Fitness Accelerator plan. However, you'll be offered a heavily discounted offer to join our more advanced programs.
What is the refund policy for this program?
Digital Products which are purchased through The PlayerScout Training Academy (ebooks, online programs) are not eligible for return, so are non refundable. However you have 24/7 access to a performance coach if you have any questions or need help with anything on the program.
The reason for this is because we only want to work with committed players, if you are already thinking about a refund before starting the program, you are more likely to quit or back out when the training increases. By offering a refund option, uncommitted players will always choose the easy option.
But if you are committed, then we are excited to work with you to transform your football performance over the 30 Day Challenge (and beyond).
